Capri joins Create in launching a Limited Edition of sustainable design bicycles, with two "invisible" electric models.
CREATE, a leading Spanish company in designer appliances and home products, has this week launched its first collection of electric bicycles with Capri Bikes, entering the mobility segment. CREATE and Capri Bikes have joined forces to launch a new limited edition electric bike with the perfect balance between design, power, weight and range.The collaboration of the two brands is called Create by Capri Bikes and is a limited edition of the most outstanding models of Capri Bikes, with the iconic pastel tones of the CREATE collections. The 2 new electric bike models - each available in 2 different colours - are now on sale exclusively on CREATE's official website www.create-store.com.
Commitment to sustainability
The Capri brand, supported by SRP, has established itself as an important player in the micro-mobility sector and has experienced spectacular growth in the last year, with a turnover of over 40% compared to the same period the previous year. In the words of Diego Fedez, Quality Manager of Capri Bikes "the collaboration with CREATE is very important for us because we share many values with the brand, it allows us to do something different and helps us to bring our conversation about sustainable mobility to a new, very wide audience".
The new Capri Metz and Azur Create are the two bikes that are the result of this new collaboration and stand out for their timeless design full of small details and components from relevant brands, such as their Brooks Englands leather seat or their double-wall aluminium rims.
Manufactured in Europe, and with an elegant and timeless design that is unusual for electric bicycles, its technological elements are subtly integrated so that they are not visible. These include an "invisible battery" in the shape of a jerrycan weighing only 1.16 kg, which allows it to cover long distances - up to 40 km of average range - without being recognised as an electric bike.
CREATE makes its debut in the mobility segment
