How much will shipping cost?
Our Capri's Azur & Metz electric bicycles are free of shipping costs for the whole of the European Union. Shipping costs for all other countries and for all other products are clearly specified during the checkout process.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
No. We sell exclusively in Europe. We want to grow step by step in a sustainable and organic way and to serve every customer as they deserve, so we focus exclusively on the European market, to be able to cover warranties easily and efficiently and to give the best service.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order or pre-order at any time before we ship it by emailing info@capribikes.com or by filling in the form.
Please note that it can take up to 5 days for the amount to appear back in your bank account from the time you cancel your order.
You can also return your bike within the first 30 days of receiving it completely free of charge to you if you live within the European Economic Community. You can make your return by contacting us by email or through the form.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Can I try Capri bike? Do you have Capri's stores?
You can test your Capri bike in our shop in Berlin. We also have Capri service points in Munich and are opening service points in major European cities.
We sell primarily online. Direct to consumer. That's why we can maintain an exceptional price range. We know well that buying a bike online can be a bit tricky for those who don't know us well: that's why we include a 30 day guarantee to return your bike from the moment you receive it, in case you're not 100% satisfied.
