Warranties

In case of any incident contact us via info@capribikes.com or 985331777 indicating the details of your order and we will solve it as soon as possible; All capribikes.com products are guaranteed from the date of purchase as established by Law 22/94. Capri Bikes will not accept any responsibility if the manufacturer of the product does not consider applicable the warranty on the product claimed.

Returns resulting from poor assembly and initial set-up of the bicycle may incur charges for shipping and collection costs incurred and possible damage to the bicycle. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse or poor maintenance of the bicycle and its electronic components.

Litigations and responsibilities

Capri Bikes is not responsible for the consequences or damages to users or third parties that could result from the inadequate use of the products it commercializes and with any aspect related to the present web.

The present sales conditions must be interpreted and are ruled by the current Spanish legislation. Any dispute arising from the application of these conditions shall be settled before the courts of Asturias, Spain.

Errors and Cancellations

Typographical and Technical Errors

Capri Bikes strives to ensure that all information on its website is accurate and up-to-date. However, in the event of typographical errors, pricing errors, product availability errors, or technical failures that impact the purchasing process (including, but not limited to, the incorrect application of discount codes, the simultaneous use of incompatible promotions, or clearly erroneous prices), we reserve the right to cancel any affected order, even if it has been confirmed and/or paid for.

If any amount has been charged for an order canceled due to these reasons, we will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method employed by the customer.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
