Warranties
In the event of any issue with your order or product, please contact us at info@capribikes.com or by telephone at +34 985 331 777, providing your order details and a description of the issue.
Capri Bikes complies with all statutory warranty and consumer rights applicable to each sale.
For purchases made by consumers in Spain, products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee established under Spanish consumer protection legislation. For purchases made in other countries, the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to the transaction will apply.
Where a product presents a lack of conformity covered by the statutory guarantee, Capri Bikes will provide the remedies required by applicable law.
The customer's statutory rights against Capri Bikes are not dependent on whether the manufacturer or supplier accepts a corresponding warranty claim from Capri Bikes.
Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, improper adjustment, misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications or inadequate maintenance is not covered where the reported defect or damage is caused by those circumstances.
Returns, inspections or repairs relating to problems caused by incorrect assembly, adjustment, misuse or inadequate maintenance may result in transport, collection, labour or repair costs being charged to the customer, where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect the customer's statutory rights regarding defects or lack of conformity for which Capri Bikes is legally responsible.

Liability
Capri Bikes shall not be responsible for damage resulting from improper, negligent or unintended use of its products, failure to follow the manufacturer's or Capri Bikes' assembly, use and maintenance instructions, or unauthorised modifications to the product, where such circumstances are the cause of the damage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Capri Bikes' liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the law of the customer's country of residence.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable legislation.
Where the customer acts as a consumer, nothing in these Terms shall restrict any right the customer may have to bring proceedings before the courts competent under applicable consumer protection and jurisdiction rules.
Errors and order cancellations
Typographical, pricing and technical errors
Capri Bikes makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, occasional typographical, technical, pricing or availability errors may occur.
Where an order is affected by an obvious and manifest error — including a clearly incorrect price, an evident technical malfunction, or the incorrect application of a promotion or discount caused by a system error — Capri Bikes reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order.
Where reasonably possible, Capri Bikes will inform the customer of the error and, if appropriate, offer the possibility of confirming the order under the correct conditions before cancellation.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, Capri Bikes will refund all amounts paid in relation to the cancelled order using the original payment method, without undue delay.
Capri Bikes may correct errors, update information, prices and availability, or modify future promotions at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already become binding under applicable law, except where a manifest error or another legally valid ground for cancellation exists.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
