Packing
Most of the bicycles come pre-mounted in a carton box of big dimensions, approximately: 54,6X10,5X35,1 inches, they usually have the handlebar, the saddle and the pedals dismantled to reduce its volume, we specify the packing format in every case.
Assembly

Order Tracking
Our orders use a tracking system with number of expedition provided by the transportation company.
Shipping claims
The shipping is protected by means of insurance, in case of any loss incidence we will take charge of the reinstatement of the amount or the cross-reference of a new product. Please verify at the moment of receiving the order if the packing is in perfect condition and the number of bundles it is the correct one. If you observe any anomaly, point out it in the delivery note that you sign to the transporter. Point out in the delivery note any maltreatment sign to the goods, of deterioration or manipulation of the packing although the material seems to be in good conditions to be able to carry the claim of the insurance out if it was necessary.
Bear in mind that any claim for incidences and/or breakage we her must do to the carrier in the maximum space of 24 hours from the reception of the goods. After 24 hours, neither the transportation company nor Capribikes can become responsible for incidence for transport, therefore the buyer will run with the expenses or losses that could be caused.
Important statement
Returns resulting from poor assembly and initial set-up of the bicycle may incur charges for shipping and collection costs incurred and possible damage to the bicycle. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse or poor maintenance of the bicycle and its electronic components.
