Test Ride Liability Form
I hereby confirm that I am going to Test Ride a Capri bike.
I confirm that I am fully aware, I understand, and expressly agree to the following terms
and conditions:
1. I am 18 years of age or older; and I do not have any medical condition aecting my
ability to safely operate the bicycle. I have not and will not consume alcohol or any
substance before or during the Test Ride.
2. I was given all the information I need by a Capri Bikes specialist to operate the bike
safely.
3. All the information I have provided to Capri Bikes for the purpose of organizing this
Test Ride is true.
4. While riding the bike I shall comply with local policies, rules and regulations in vigor
in the location where the Test Ride is taking place.
5. I acknowledge that operating the bike has inherent risks, dangers and hazards
including but not limited to slipping, falling, collision and equipment failure, which
could result in temporary or permanent injury or even death.
6. I am the sole responsible for damages that I cause during my Test Ride. This includes
but is not limited to damages to myself, to third parties, damages to the bike, to
personal items. I undertake to bear all the consequences of an accident for which I
may be responsible
7. I declare that I understand the English language and that I understand the
instructions given to me prior to testing the bike.
8. I acknowledge that I have been oered personal protective and safety equipment
prior to riding the bike.
8. I agree the terms of this Agreement are intended to be as broad and inclusive as is
permitted by law and that if any portion is held invalid, the balance shall continue in
full legal force and eect.
9. By signing “I have read, I understand, and I accept Capri Bike Test Ride Waiver of
Liability”, in the online test ride form I agree and acknowledge that (i) I have read the
above terms and conditions carefully and fully, (ii) I fully understand them, (iii) I agree
to be bound thereby, and (iv) I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily with full
knowledge that this is a contract which limits my legal rights and is binding upon me,
my heirs, and legal representative.

Why try a Capri electric bike?
Although our returns policy allows you to buy your bike with complete confidence (you have up to 30 days to return it free of charge from the time you receive it), being able to try your Capri bike before you buy it will help you to be sure that our bikes are fully adapted to your needs.
