How much will shipping cost?
Our Capri's Azur & Metz electric bicycles are free of shipping costs for the whole of the European Union. Shipping costs for all other countries and for all other products are clearly specified during the checkout process.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times are clearly specified on each product sheet. In the case of pre-orders, they are also indicated below the checkout button. We manage very realistic deadlines in order not to disappoint our customers.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
No. We sell exclusively in Europe. We want to grow step by step in a sustainable and organic way and to serve every customer as they deserve, so we focus exclusively on the European market, to be able to cover warranties easily and efficiently and to give the best service.
What is your return policy?
You can cancel an order or pre-order at any time before we ship it by emailing info@capribikes.com or by filling in the form.
You can also return your bike within the first 30 days of receiving. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You can make your return by contacting us by email or through the form.
Our logistics agency will come to your home to collect it when it is ready to be returned. Keep the original packaging for the first 100 days and follow the return instructions in our return policy. Please note that it can take up to 15 days for the amount to appear in your bank account from the moment we receive the return.

Do you have Service Centers?
We have a number of service centres that we are expanding to reach all major cities across Europe. You can select some of our Service Centers as the delivery point for your electric bicycle and receive it perfectly assembled and checked when you place your order online. All our Service Centers will be able to help you with any incident. You can test your Capri bike in some of our shops.
Can I test your bikes?
You can now test our electric bike models Capri Metz and Capri Azur in different Capri's centers service. We are working to open new locations where you can try our Capri bikes.
How is the assembly?
The bike is delivered in a box with the pedals, saddle, handlebars, power and front wheel disassembled. You can select a Capri collection point when placing your order to pick up your assembled and checked bike at no extra cost to you.
You also can find the assembly manual and an explanatory video in each product sheet.
Remember: building a e-bike is easy if you are very familiar with bicycles, but many people are not and thats ok, but if you are unconfortable with using tools, or do not have experience and knowledge of bicyles, we strongly reccomend that you take it to a shop.
Do Capri bikes have lights?
Yes, from 2023 all our e-bikes will be fitted with battery-powered lights as standard. You can see the model of lights in the technical data sheet of each bike.
Can I personalize the bike?
Of course. You can add front and rear racks or change any element you wish by contacting us by phone or email. We manufacture each bike by hand in Spain, so we can change anything from the colour of your tyres or saddle to any other element you wish.
